Im a 19 year old female who's a university student. In January, I finally made the decision to go to my GP for an autism referral. It went well, I got referred and my referral accepted and Central Access Point sent me the forms for my autism referral. I filled them out in April and finally sent them off. However, there's a problem. I am no longer at my current address due to my halls contract ending as I am at halls of residence and I won't be back in Leicester until September 23rd. I am quite stressed out as I don't want to miss my referral letter and go through the waiting process again. Who should I contact?
