no work for me to do today so did some training 

Finding it a bit odd see Plastic’s little happy yellow face pop up in old posts. I never knew it was possible to form a connection with someone you didn’t really know. Especially as I struggle to form connections with people I know in the physical. I realise that some people on here are quite important to me now, so thank you all for being there.

i hope you recover and the filling does the job. 

Been to the dentist today, two teeth started hurting this summer, so looked for and found a dentist. One was extracted, she said there was massive inflammation and periodontitis had destroyed the bone from around it; the other needed a filling. 

Had the filling today but she warned me the next two days will be critical as the decay was very close to the nerve, involved in part the bone and was close to the gum. I hope she knows what she's doing, as it hurt a great deal later today! Wondering if it is same to take some more painkillers after eating but I did have a small glass of wine....

I am certain it was the best decision. It's just a bit odd to adjust to.

sometimes it is the better thing to do. I hope you are ok.

My mum just left my dad after being married 40 years. It's doesn't feel real yet but I think the whole family will be happier.

Had a call with my doctor today and am going to come off my Venlafaxine, instead going to Propranolol as needed. The former was making me very tired.

very productive.

I’ve been spending most of my time doing embroidery projects. I’ve finished 7 tote bags, currently working on a handful of pieces
