There are some key differences between DLA and PIP

• The PIP criteria and assessment process are different to the DLA criteria and assessment.
• PIP has two components, a ‘Mobility' component and a ‘Daily Living’ component. Each component can be paid at either the ‘standard rate’ or the ‘enhanced rate’. A person can be entitled to either Mobility, or Daily Living or a combination of the two.
• When you claim PIP you may be required to attend a face-to-face assessment.
• To be entitled to any rate of PIP, you must have met the criteria for three months before the payments can start, and you must be likely to continue to meet the criteria for a further nine months. This is to prevent people being entitled on the basis of short-term conditions.
• Awards of PIP will generally be for fixed periods of time (rather than indefinite or lifetime awards).
• PIP claims will be reassessed more regularly than DLA claims were.
• The Government is planning to spend 20% less on PIP compared to the DLA budget. Fewer people will be entitled to PIP than were entitled to DLA.

Basically this a continuous assessment valuation programme, continuous assessment is one of the highest psychological devices used in target workshops called industry. According to Psychologists it is one of the biggest stress cognitive models to keep workers on there toes and in uncertain, vulnerable insecurity under surveilance mechanism to the clock(time), number and target.

PIP will have a backlash, hopefully like the poll tax. Because it is vulnerable people involved or are they easier to manipulate by government policy. NAS and other interest groups stays quiet, taking the government hush funding money. I think that it would be more humane to gas us all, at least it would be quicker than the slow kill.

Sorry to be so negative but, they are messing with vulnerable peoples lifes, but it is okay we are the dross in there system of non-humanity, it is just a numbers game to them, not real lives. Again, gassing would be better and probably suit them as there final solution.

Where are the champion people with ethics ? Forgot, society does not exist, we are all individuals, survival of the fittest and all that crap.
