Where is Plastic?

I am an Apollo Saturn V 1st Stage,

I am strong and powerful but incredibly fragile.

I am as bright as the sun.

I have lifted an immense payload to stratospheric levels against all the opposing forces that the entirety of planet Earth could muster.

I have performed faultlessly.

I have set my crew on their trajectory to the stars.

I am spent.

My mission is complete.

I will fall back and be consumed.
