Does anyone ever feel restless and can't stay still but also feel completely exhausted and tired? Wanna move and do stuff but am too tired.

I feel this sums up how I can often feel. There are plenty of things I need and want to do, but I often have spells when I'm too fatigued to even try, but also feel too bored and restless to rest. Almost as though my brain and body are at odds with each other.
