I don't know where else to turn.

Had a therapy appointment yesterday, GP appointment tomorrow. I'm really hurting, but I can't tell anyone. The "S" word has consequences. I just can't say it, I cant cope with what might happen I'f I do.

It's ok, I don't expect any replies, I'm not after attention. I just needed somewhere I could be honest with myself.

    u must not talk to anyone non-professional as they can trigger u further 

    you need to talk to trained people like the Samaritians

    anyone talking to u further who are not trained in su*d*cal thoughts is taking a big risk

    apart from your GP of course 

    i can put u though the triage if u want via PM  but if the risk is high u have to ring the Samaritans  I suspect this already the case that is why you where sent home they cant take the risk

    Hi, the Samaritans as a rule are volunteers and in my experience not even that interested.Talking to them has done me more harm than good in the past. What do you mean by people sent home because they can't take the risk? (sorry, I didn't read all the posts). It is when the risk is high that people need to be with someone else!
