Sorry you're feeling down - is there anything you'd like to talk about on here?

Hey Plastic. I can't even bring myself to use the s word. Work sent me home yesterday and I'm told to take some time off. Was even told to go to hospital. I don't know how I must've looked for them to suggest that. Not going into work makes me feel like I'm being punished. All I want is the feelings to stop.

Unfortunately, being sent home is pretty normal - to give you space to sort yourself out without having to think about your work.

Is there anything we can chat about to take your mind off things?

Yes - you get taken prisoner!    (and have to escape through complicated path in a ride-on vehicle that eventually gets you to an escape pod - which is just like the pod R2D2 and C3PO take at the beginning of A New Hope -  a bumpy re-entry ride!

It's a beautiful hotel - it's the smallest Disney hotel so it's really friendly and personal-  and the free boat means I don't need to fight with the crazy US drivers  and their bad parking

It's totally ok if you need to go out - I understand he'll be worried too.      I'm often here if you just want to nerd about anything to occupy your mind. (although I conk out at 9pm    )

Quick observation - the professional services are totally used to talking to people who might not want to talk very much - they're very kind and might help you clear your head.      I've spoken to them in the past when things were not good.

They understand that you might suddenly download on them - it's what they're on the end of the phone for.

Either that or we can carry on chatting

Thank you Plastic. I'm really freaked out and scared. You're helping so much. I'm being dragged out on hubbys errands soon, I don't think he wants to leave me alone.

It's worth watching some of the ride videos where people take a cam with them - some are thrill rides - lots of g-force - some are experience rides - I'm dying to do "Rise Of The Resistance" in the Disney Studios - it's a 15-minute Star-Wars extravaganza where you become a member of The Resistance and have to escape from Kylo Ren - it's amazing.

there's a youtube channel called DisneyFoodBlog  (DFB) that reviews everything going on in the parks - I keep up to date 

I watched one last week reviewing Hamburgers - from $12 to $24 - my mouth was watering....

It's like a massive park - 44sq miles !    and the Magic Kingdom and Epcot etc. are within the big grounds so you are litereally transported to another world.      There's hotels all over the place with different themes (and prices) but the one we like is based on a New Orleans theme - with it's own riverboat to take you to the shopping / night-life area
