Surrounded by professional people who couldn't organise  the preverbial in a brewery.....  Surrounded by people who have seemed to have common sense bypasses and no morals ....

Ever found yaself saying that ,the world's gone crazy..... ?????

Everyone is a idiot and no one's aware but me .....?????....

If the answer is yes .....HOW  do ya cope ,deal with it .???   Im shutting down dealing with people as no one has a clue !!!!! People I should be interacting with but don't as they're so dim,they don't get there own job .

  • Hi Dave.  I don't know what to say other than 'That's rough' and I'm sorry to hear you've ended up in such a dire situation.  Regarding the cars, how is that possible that she could just up and sell them?  Were they registered in her name?  Or in your son's name and she's talked him into selling?  Presumably to pay for a boob job and the toy boy.. if she were a man it'd be called a midlife crisis.

    What kind of cars if you don't mind me asking?  15 grand apiece which you've restored, so I'm guessing they're classics.  You've gotta be entitled to something for the value you've added to those cars at the very least.

    Hi ,I was going to go into full story mode but I'll leave that too my introduction of myself .There's a book in there somewhere.

    1970 Hooper coachbuilt Rover P5b coupe (one of three built ) Every nut bolt washer , foam ,leather wood ,engine ,gearbox ,suspension ,.   Don't start me off.....

    I believe on YouTube there's still a video  of me hand  painting coach, lines on it .and I taught my son to drive it when 14..

    Newest car ever owned ,,

    Last of the original range rover. 1995 classic ,,(had range rovers since 15) long story ...which was ex Westminster bomb squad .like brand new ...

    If you ever need to know ANYTHING ,absolutely 1million percent correct about ,

    Range rover from 1970 velar too 1995 classic 

    Anything pre 69 vw beetle ,how to fit a 1969 rolls Royce shadow 1, wood full flat framed sunroof make it longer and fit into a curved little beetle...why,? Because Herbie #mc14 had ,that make of sunroof ...and my son's first car was a full nut bolt 1965 bug..everything correct to film inside and out , with a mean cal look 

    1982 Aston Martin V8 vantage Volante x pack , it was burnt out , I rebuilt it for my sons mum s 21st birthday. 

    30,000 is what i had in rover /rangey  them ,11 years in coupe. .then my tools ,them anything I owned ,son got me ,everything gone ..

    But most of all my son got poisoned by the witch ....

    Welcome aboard!    Sorry to hear you're not in a good place.

    I'm seriously into Rover v8 engines myself - had them in TVR 350, SD1 VDP, Lotus Excel efi (conversion) and the work's rescue vehicle..   Always loved fiddling with Strombergs and SU carbs.     I did a lot of reading on the original Ford Flathead - fascinating stuff.

    Never, ever worked on a beetle - my friend was really into them for their simplicity-  I just hated their handling - especially under braking.

    Done a lot of Range Rover classics - it's a shame all the bits are sooooo heavy!
