Bad Exec Functioning Today

Hi Guys,

I'm having a bad exec functioning day, I'm trying to get on with my course but I'm struggling to focus I've got my headphones with music but it's not helping. I'm getting distracted by random thoughts and just wanting to do other things but at the same time I want to get on with the course.

Anyone have a tips?

Edit: I'm finding the course super easy I think that might have something to do with it I know it's a good thing I'm finding it easy but it's not engaging me as much as I was told and as much as thought it would.

  • yes i use this sound application i click on the icon for "focus" or "productivity" . I also use the headphones icon just before

    i found it works for me ---- it takes getting used to so maybe turn down its volume for while ---- 

    i found i have completed an hours work which i'm sure i wouldnt have done otherwise

    its free Slight smile

    try it out  several times then it with kick in
