Deep gentle pelvic breathing maybe ~ imagining as if your lungs are in your lower pelvis rather than your upper chest, as many people breath with their diaphragm rather than their pelvis and only get as such forty percent of their oxygen requirement, so the body-mind relationship becomes hypoxic (oxygen deprived) and as a result somewhat panicked and stressed.
