Spoke to my GP yesterday

Been feeling very anxious and not really sleeping well for the past few days, so I finally got the courage to speak to my GP yesterday. I don't think I stopped talking for the first 10mins of the conversation.

I wrote everything I wanted to say down before hand and it all ended up coming out in a big mess.

Save to say he's recommended I be put forward for assessment, still not sure how I feel about it but at least this is a positive step forward.

  • Well done. It certainly helped me from speaking with my GP through completing the questionnaire and speaking with the Clinical Specialist and receiving diagnosis. I am a late identifier (61) and found it very positive to get a name for how I have been feeling/behaving all these years.
