Good News NHS are now doing adult autism assessments

Its been a while since i posted last but there is some progress.

I had a appointment with my Dr this week to get the results from my bloods, and other things.

I was not expecting this but she handed me a referral form, they have only just started to do adult testing, I was in tears.

I found out you can also fill out the form online which I did as I have trouble going out as anxiety hits the roof.

A reply came the same day, there happy to have my referral and will get in touch sometime soon.

My identical twin has written my life story, I added it to the referral form, I hoped they would allow this and they have.

My Dr has diagnosed me with fibromyalgia im finally being believed and listened too.

I had a bout of gout march last year and have ongoing symptoms from that, joint pain especially in my feet and hands.

My uric acid levels are still high so they may test me for arthritis if  this continues to be high so its a waiting game once again hehe.

Some more news, I bought a used mobility scooter as walking is a problem,  I hope it will make me less anxious when I have to go help  my parents knowing I will get there twice as fast hehe.

My parents both live in different parts of my home town.

The downside is even though its a boot scooter the parts are to heavy for me to lift up those steps to the pavement.

I phoned my Housing officer for help she told me to move house, even though I had just moved.

Im hoping the OT can help now that ive been diagnosed with fibro,

If you have read this far, thank you and I hope your all having a good day

take care
