Hello

Hi, I've just joined. I wanted to introduce myself but having a bit of a brain fog on what to write!

Like a lot of people I've sort of managed without a diagnosis until finally going on the waiting list to be assessed at the age of 39. Before talking to my GP I made a list of reasons why I believe that I'm on the spectrum.

Since doing so, I've been having a bit of a depressive week, remembering things from the past and feeling like I'm a failure at life. I think the reason that I really struggle to achieve is that I can't cope with failure and I have such a low opinion of myself.

Does anyone else feel like they constantly relive/regret the past instead of living?
