Autistic woman needs to relocate to Surrey - can you help?

I wonder if anyone can offer any help, advice or info; thanks in advance if you can.

I'm a woman of 52 who was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder over ten years ago. Currently living in Wales but I need to relocate to Surrey, as soon as possible.

However, trying to relocate is not only proving impossible during a pandemic, but the odds are stacked against me because I'm on Disability (PIP and ESA) therefore don't work, and I don't have any savings... which means that I would need a landlord who would be willing to accept Housing Benefit, and most landlords are unwilling to accept tenants on benefits, although Housing Benefit would be a guaranteed income for the landlord.

So I would like to ask: If you live in Surrey, do you have a spare room, bedsit or one bed flat that you may be interested in offering to an autistic adult?

Or, if you are another autistic adult who is looking for a place in Surrey, might you be interested in flat sharing?

A little about me; I have a quiet, unobtrusive lifestyle and am very easygoing and can take a lot in my stride. I am very sociable and love a good chat, but am capable of understanding that people need their own space, too. I love art, nature and animals.

Although I don't work in paid employment, I do voluntary work and generally stay busy in other ways.

Any help would be very greatly appreciated. Thanks
