Social services and support

I know I might not be the first person to bring this up, but the ableist hate I’ve been suffering under Social Services, both in Liverpool and Dorset have been causing much decline in mental health, because allocated social workers and “support” have been excruciatingly intolerable cruel and have lead to a major distrust because the hate they have thrown at me hurts a hundredfold. Is there any support out there? Yes there’s other things there that also detect transphobia, which also affects me profoundly (pronouns she/her). And all this has been causing me to have suicidal thoughts because nobody has been around for support apart from my faith that’s just about helping me hang on cuz of what’s to come.

  • I wouldn't say a single incident of getting your name wrong amounts to transphobia but I do find it concerning you were expelled from university. There are so many issues here to unpack so allow me if you will to separate them into points and you can correct me if I get it wrong.

    • You were expelled from 2 universities which you believe relates to your disability and or gender identity? Do you wish to elaborate?
    • You were told by your local council that they couldn't provide support for you directly but that they would attempt to get an external mental health service to support you. But you don't say what if any support they finally got you and what suport you originally approached them for.
    • You said the council 'had you arrested.' They don't actually have the authority to order the police to arrest you but they can share your private data with the police if they believe you are a threat to yourself or others. If you believe your private data has been shared inappropriately or that you have been wrongfully arrested there are avenues for you to pursue the matter. But it's difficult for us to say much about that when we don't know what the council told the police and the reason the police gave for arresting you.
    • Your mother threw you out of your house. Which sucks by the way. I'm really sorry to hear that.
    • After moving between 3 cities for reasons that sound beyond your control you're struggling to get housing benefits to stay homed?
