yes big fan of Jackson Pollock .... I see his work by the dozen in the chicago art museum and it changed me forever ! absolutely love his stuff and anyone who does copies or similar work.
Attempted one myself and that made me realise how skilled he was LOL
everything so much my legs gave way and i had to leave i was there 5-6 hours everything was there far too much there where at least 40 - 50 of Pollock alone
is that one in chicago? i noticed a lot of the chicago works are his early paintings, and this looks kind of later in his career.... interesting guy, there's this film of him painting. i'm sort of fond of dekooning - but after he lost his mind to dementia.... they're so crazy (his paintings, during dementia).
