Will people with Autism, really be affected by the change and how can we prevent it (e.g. campaigns, write to MPs etc?)
Also a new law, not related to the new criteria, is the Disabled Perosns' Parking Badges Act 2012
Try to find info about what the new law means in practice but to no avail
