Never alone but always lonely

Hello. I haven't been on here for ages for many reasons. However I am feeling so very lonely right now. Well lately. I have absolutely nobody anywhere near me that I know with autism. I feel I have nobody I can properly communicate with and I'm getting really upset. Can anyone chat with me?

    I had wondered why you hadn't been on the forums for while.

    It's such a shame that these forums don't support PMs as then it might lead to people finding friends, instead of just sounding off about one situation or another.

    Anyway, I know how you feel - I myself am surrounded by NTs none of whom I understand or who understand me - and what contact I did have with others like myself (a monthly 'social evening') came to end due to a lack of funding.

    However, one of the other people here set up a website (http://aspielikeme.host22.com) precisely for this very purpose - to possibly meet and chat with like minded individuals on the spectrum - perhaps you would like to take a look and maybe sign up - it's been a little (well, a lot) inactive of late, but that's simply because not many people have signed up there yet.
