Hi all,
Honestly, I have a really hard time controlling my consumption of sugar, coffee and alcohol. Or alcohol was back when I did drink it - I've stopped completely since becoming a dad.
However, coffee and sugar is exceptionally hard to me to control.
So my questions are simple:
1. Anyone else have the same lack of ability to control consumption these dopamin increasers?
2. Any experience of how to balance it?
I know that all kind of stimulus addictions are not neurologically dependent - but perhaps it's easier to relate to solutions from likeminded
