Anyone else have issues with Health And Safety/Ergonomics

I feel pressurised by Health and Safety features. I'm so used to using my back to lift things, rather than my legs, that it's a habit. I am aware that it would affect my employability. However, my brain is like spaghetti; even at the best of times. (the issue I had with gowning and degowning at Randox)

Anyone else with similar issues?

  • afaik, people on the spectrum are statistically more likely to be poorly coordinated (no offense, lol), they may have sensitivites (overly or underly so), they're used to just enduring crap (aka life) such as blaring noise, bright or dim lights, heat or cold.. so, i can relate to what you're talking about.

ergonomics often depends on making sure things are comfortable and efficient --- i just think certain aspies (this one for example) reek at figuring this out...... yet i might be super good at detecting other things.  altho using your back to lift instead of your legs is probably a poor thing everybody does. we're westerners. that's what we do.......(hurt our backs).
