people that encourage you to shut down will always drain you, Fact !

Thats where the brain intervention hack job comes in. All or nothing syndrome haha if you have a person who is forgiving you can explain you need to wonder off to process the overload.If the partner is not understanding they will shut you down and you will hide more hidden until you cant take it anymore and react with a behaviour.

I'm leaning more that way, emotional attaschment  is added to everything I do, not just hipothetical sex, my ex used to say to berate me ''you can only go to extremes, no middle ground''

also don't obsess over the person you have sex with just accept it for what it is unless something develope's keep it simple and have full respect. It is not quite without its yang though, some people can not handle the thought of sex without attaching it to love and life long commitment this is what stunts them and their opportunity to learn how to have great sex !

 it is a great freedom to be able to express your body but you have to be in it to win it, bit like the lottery the more goes you have the more chance of winning lol so you have to socialize and get brave there is no fear but what we make for ourselves, most people are afraid of something if you smile and show a comfortable peace you are more approachable, show others you are not afraid and they will see it as confidence
