Talking/ texting

its a very typical autistic stance/strategy.

i can t really give u advice as i do this myself 

yesterday just after my Bankei Zen lesson I noticed that I went and started a conversation with my neighbour and it didnt bother me at all. I seem to be becoming  less and less anxious.

so my advice is to take up mindfulness ( living and formal meditation)

Yeah however I’m not volunteering during this lockdown but I will continue afterwards. My uni is online. I’m trying to use lockdown to add more breaks into my study routine too 

yes u have told me before and u volunteer in a school. and you where shutting down quite a bit isnt the correct   ?

is everything(lectures) in your uni online ?

"Catherine the great" ( russian queen ), there are only 2 episodes available so far.  its a comedy but with serious bits. I know very little history. Its like a more serious Black Adder .

after this second episode I going to bed --- I have work tomorrow.

I think there might be. I haven’t thought about that. I’m good at free hand sewing. This forum is great. I have one sister. What about you?

have u thought of embroidery a sewing version of colouring in ?   Yes this forum and texting are easier than talkig which is why I am here i get to talk to people at a relaxed speed.
