I'm scared I can't keep strong through this pandemic

I'm terrified trying to have hope that one day things will b bk to normal at the same time panicking the world is coming to an end seeing my family is what keep me strong but if anything happen im going to have regrets cos this virus causing everyone to be apart I find normal life harder than anything but now I'm confused and not coping with this new world more than ever its the unknown.

  • Yeah, all the uncertainty is hard.

I created my own certainty in Sept by telling myself normality won't start to be coming back til April, it'll take 2-3 months, then people will be all over the place catching up, holidaying, etc, and so things won't get quiet and normal and plannable til Sept. But I'm planning on doing things that don't rely on others like weekend trips and courses from May onwards.

So yeah, like Aidie said, I reckon 6 months and we should be getting close to normal.
