Dealing with jealousy and possessiveness as an autistic adult

I've always felt incredibly possessive of the person closest to me, and I find it hard to share them with others. I know I can't keep them to myself, but I don't know how to change the way I respond to seeing them having fun with others. It's just painful and I end up trying to avoid it at all costs. Any tips on how to have healthy boundaries?

  • at least u recognise u have a problem ---- you cant possess someone and if you try you risk being rejected emtirely by the person u want to be close to. So u have to control yourself.

Are you sexually attracted to the person you want to possess ?

is the person aware of your hidden possession/control problem ?
