  • I don't normally do these, but have been feeling like it could be good this year. Here's some initial thoughts:

    - exhaust myself less: take more time to myself; don't do things out of obligation; have a 'not to do list'; not aim to be so perfect; not be continually striving for self improvement.

    - get a boyfriend: engage with online dating once covid allows for dates; do trips with ODL.

    - maximise my fell running: get Mr NSI fell running; fell run regular with Sam; do the 3 peaks; head to the Lakes n Dales for 2-3 days at a time to fell run; do as many QMDs as fell runs; consider learning to drive and getting a car (eek, scary)!?!

    - progress my Mountain Leadership qualification as much as possible (10 QMDs post course).

    - read 50 books or equivalent, mostly work related (this is prob over ambitious).

    - aim for more serenity: Sat morning processing 'lie ins'; shop thurs eve; don't neurotically socialise; do Sat eve dinners; adjust friends to those that reciprocate; don't have to many life rules and aspirations (bit ironic given this list).

    - establish a morning routine now there's neither gym nor MGG: run with Sam Tues n Thurs; yoga mon morn; meditate weds n fri morn.

I'll come back to this I think as my thoughts evolve.
