we have a laugh 6 months later at what we promised
1. my new years resolution is to reduce my sugar intake. There is sugar bunged in everything even "healthy" breakfast biscuits.
2. I also want to improve mu meditation practice so I have even less angst, struggle less,,,,,,,
3. shift to part-time working once Covid-19 is contained ( May/June ? )
I guess my aims would be: to slow down and take on less, notice that I'm already doing really well and that I can feel ok about not exercising :-D
