we have a laugh 6 months later at what we promised
1. my new years resolution is to reduce my sugar intake. There is sugar bunged in everything even "healthy" breakfast biscuits.
2. I also want to improve mu meditation practice so I have even less angst, struggle less,,,,,,,
3. shift to part-time working once Covid-19 is contained ( May/June ? )
Hi .. good aims .. cutting out sugar is difficult withthe majority of food sold in the western world .. I find meditation tought to stick with: my mind just wanders off on its own :-) .. part time work sounds good if you do it
