True story : I used to sell double glazing and was working away, going around building sites in my car . I came in with my orders for windows into the office to find it closed. I asked some other sales people ( standing outside ) and I found out the company had gone bust 2 weeks ago !

Did your autism  affect your working relationships ?

Yeah, I think my autism did have an impact on relationships in work in that there wasn't any, I just got my head down into work, and yeah the entire production team barring one was made redundant it was because the business had to change processes and procedures in response to the pandemic.

To be fair it wasn't as bad as finding out last minute you no longer have a job, the company did follow proper procedure.
