My Chat Room/Discord Server

Hi all I have a discord server for fellow autistic adults, making a new thread as someone is trying to advertise one they are in on it.

the link to the server is - https://discord.gg/FTBgKjAWSg

to the person who keeps advertising on mine - please stop, the point of mine is for a positive community of other autistic people and you are trying to take that away by confusing people into joining that one instead.

  • I just want to say before anyone tries to derail this thread again, that Bambi's hard work has been obvious from the beginning. Her sever is very welcoming, easy and clear to navigate and the people that have joined it so far have all been wonderful. We have a nice little community and that is something to be proud of.

Just so people don't get confused. This isn't a therapy server. We aren't trained professionals and we wont be able to council you. Anyone claiming they can, who does not have official qualifications is potentially dangerous and should be avoided. Please be careful.

We do however have general discussions for making friends and other channels for other topics. This includes a chat channel for talking about autism, its symptoms and how WE cope with things that could potentially be helpful. We are not professionals, just people with autism sharing methods that we found helpful or not.

Rules for the server are clearly marked and easy to follow. If rules are broken you will be gently reminded. Further breaking of the rules or hostility will not be tolerated and can result in a ban.
