aidie stop trying to slate me off in public, you are a grown adult, you was banned from the server for your behaviour and comments to which I had explained to you. You have tried to manipulate me for your gain and are trying to humiliate me and dismiss my server because I called you out for it and banned you from my server. i have explained the messages I hate electronic mess i spent hours each week deleting and clearing stuff in work. stopped now. I have supper to make. What are u having ?

There are 2 discord sites I have joined and will be staying in.

"The Haven"  where all mental health people including NTs  can get free support. Its so busy ! . I have helped 3 people so far there.

"ASDirect"  is for autistics only and there are several emotional help sections which is useful

I also have ADHD , anxiety, panic attacks, and a growing psychosis
