Im anxious about another Lockdown,
we were in tier 1, so OK, but still being safe
its hard, not being able to make plans,
having things cancelled
I’m anxious about the swimming pools closing, again, Already feeling fat
Changes:(
i cant cope:(

That sounds like a great plan! I might try what your doing as its sounds fun x Let me know if it goes OK!
Yeah, all the uncertainty of being able to plan or not really unsettled me all summer.
we've been in tier 3 here 4 weeks and although i wobbled initially i quickly got relieved that i knew where i stood, so have been better than during the summer.
My guess is we'll have lockdowns on and off til May'ish time, so I've just settled on that. I'm making plans:
- run daily, some morns, some eve, try n find others to exercise with
- take walks with people
- find some gym type stuff online
- do some yoga stuff online, maybe try n do it via a video call with a friend
- take up meditating again, and arrange to do with a friend via zoom
- buy in plenty of books
- start watching films
and i've agreed to be in a bubble with two friends who share a house.
I'm making it a project to come out of lockdown better than i went in! We'll see .....
I know the feeling... to be honest I'm not surprised we are going into another lockdown - it should of happened earlier but oh well.
Talking to this community can help you- we are here for each other. if you can talk to your family through phone, text, or video call that can help. also check out Mind.co.uk - there a great charity that have lots of ways to help cope through these times.
When exercising, try alternative exercise: walking/running, exercise videos on YouTube - yoga/Pilates. See if your gym have a Facebook page where they upload exercise classes - mine do and people have been very impressed. If they don't, send an email to ask them to consider it.
Or do you have an Xbox/Wii/PlayStation at home? see if they can exercise games, like Just Dance. Its brilliant!
Or try the NHS website and look for the Live Well section - they have exercise guides on there.
For staying calm, look at Mind.co.uk, Live Well website, Every Mind Matters website and the GOV.UK section on mental wellbeing for COVID-19. Also, try a few calm mental wellbeing apps - like Calm and Headspace.
Hope this helps - remember your not alone xxx
