Hello, as an Aspie with a Greek husband who doesn't understand about Asperger's and autism, I am looking for someone who is fluent in Greek, and also understands the Greek way of thinking/culture, so preferably a Greek person, to message me a description/overview of what it's like to have Asperger's. What I mean is, how it affects you on a day-to-day basis and how it makes you feel. He does speak English well, but there seems to be a mismatch in understanding some things [don't know how much of that is my Aspieness or his 'foreign-ness'] and there are still some words or ways of phrasing things he doesn't understand. I thought it would be helpful for him to hear it in his own Language and he might 'get it' better. As both our children are being assessed for ASDs it is very important he understands it fully, particularly as he is in denial that they have it.
Many thanks.
