I was expecting a negative outcome, but it's still difficult to take.
However, on the plus side, I'm not heading out so much; and eating less. But, this evening, I'm tempted to order a Chinese.

There is a bagel place which opened last month in my village, and those bagels are causing me to be red-raw after a 'Number Two.' I bought Weetabix yesterday, to keep me regular, and Sudocrem today to ease the pain.
