There's always someone more talented than you, isn't there?! Very easy to relate to for me, this one.

Yeah, it's really well done. You can feel/sense his own awkwardness and the awkwardness (and contempt?) of his audience/team watching.

There are so many clever subtle touches. As his jokes fail to get laughs his breathing gets heavier. He stands up too early. The way he's using notes shows he's not really confident. He really wants to be liked but you can see he's insecure.
