Hi. i'm 19 and after 8 very difficult years including two stays in a psychiatric unit, dropping out of school and 6 misdiagnosis i was finally on Monday diagnosed with autism and ADHD. I was told this was a good place to come for support. i'm wondering if you know of an TV shows or good articles etc that may help me understand myself better? I also want to add i live in west sussex and wondering if anyone else does because i'm looking for local support groups
