CBC Oil!

Hi all,

For the last few weeks I’ve been trying CBD in an attempt to get my anxiety under control. I have only taken the minimum recommend dosage, but I think it has had an effect. I definitely feel more level. The anxiety is there, but it doesn’t seem to spike in the same way. The only thing I find is that I feel like I haven’t had a good nights sleep all the time.

Next week I am going to try Kanna. Which I have been reading about.

Has anyone else got any experience of CBD or other alternative medicines?

  • The first time I tried CBD, it seemed to 'switch off' anxiety and I found myself on a bus in London with a surprisingly clear mind, just looking out feeling relatively unusually chilled.

After that first time, I didn't notice big differences in taking the oil.

Was the first time a coincidence that I felt a lot less anxious? Were the other times being faced with so much anxiety that the oil effect was minimal? Is there a 'first hit' effect happening whereby the effect tails off as the brain gets used to it?

Sorry, mainly questions here. I felt CBD oil had perhaps an effect. I stopped buying it though as it seemed quite expensive for the amount of help it was giving.

Possibly others may experienced a more pronounced and worthwhile effect than I. I would consider re-taking it if the affordability were to improve.
