autism with other conditions/disorders

i was wondering how many of those with autism have other conditions, such as bi polar, depression, borderline, schitzophrenia, and any number of other issues?

and how you cope with them,? how they affect your life and your autism?

and which do you think is the most prominent?

go on, tell us all your story,  we are here to listen (and learn)Laughing

Its been almost a year now and thankfully, a fine fuzz has grown back over most of the bald patches, and now I'm at Uni, I've been a lot more happy and relaxed. No one questions the fact I always wear a hat or bandanna, and my classmates actually encourage me to make different hats to wear.

Glad your at Uni, me too.

I have Childhood Autism (classic). It's High Functioning but I have more issues than someone with Asperger's Syndrome would, so hence I'm not diagnosied as that.

I also have OCD and Generalised Anxiety Disorder [GAD].

Got diagnosied as ASD and OCD at 16 in CAMHS Birmingham, but now revised to the current name.

Now I class Childhood Autism as a physical, neurological, developmental and learning disability.

The last one has helped me get the national english bus pass but struggling to get it renewed Yell
