Fight, Flight or Freeze?

Hello,

Does anyone have any advice about how to get out of the freeze during fight, flight or freeze scenarios? I tend to freeze when I sense stress or feel anxious about getting things wrong, and it is so ridiculous because it comes across as lazy and unwilling to do anything which just causes hurt towards others that makes me feel rightfully guilty because I gave that impression. I would really like to control this, it is beyond ridiculous as I am an adult so should be able to do adulting by now. 

Please  can you help for the sake of others around me?
