Social confusion is a natural chaos order

Could social confusion be my cause of stress and sensory overload in Autism, not confusion as in dumb confused in a social situation, more the environment of life being naturally confusing because all people were born confused. Confusion being chaos, we just have more natural chaos atoms(fire) than the slow order atoms(water). Maybe that is why we spend a lot of our time ordering things linear and having routines. But we accept confusion as the order of the day maybe things would not be as confusion(chaotic feeling) around the people. Just a thought through chaos. Innocent  Confused good Wink

  • i think yes its possible that the social problems can cause you to be ever more sensitive, basically i think if you are stressed you will be more sensitive than you would normally and thats usually very sensitive, so i would think yes you become every MORE stessed and more confused

    i agree, we are all born confused, about some things, but i think others are actually things we know very well, and 'forget' or unlearn them and that makes us even more confused

    you know, it might help to know that not only autistics have or need routines, us nts do too, but just not as prevalent and we can adapt without a lot of stress, but the need for routine is something that we are maybe all 'born with' too Laughing
