Telephone assessment

Hi Guys,

Not seen anything specifically similar to my story so I thought I'd ask here.

For some background, last February I went to my GP and voiced my possibility of having aspergers and was immediately reffered no questions asked.  Within a few weeks I had completed my questionnaire and it had been processed and passed to a "3rd party" organisation. After chasing once several deadlines passed, I was told I was on a waiting list at an assessment center and I should have an appointment mid- March. Then corona happened and I pushed it to the back of my mind.

This morning, on a work conference call, I received a call from an unknown number and muted myself to answer and was offered a telephone assessment tomorrow and told it would last about an hour.

What I want to know is, due to covid, would this be my actual assessment and diagnosis or possibly a follow up one? Also what kind of questions will be asked?

I'm under West Midlands/Black Country mental health.

Thanks
