Alternatives to 'traditional' employment

Hi all,

Just a question I wanted to ask fellow aspies here regarding working.

Those of you who found employment of any traditional kind full time or part time, difficult or impossible to sustain in the long run for whatever reasons, what do you do for an occupation instead?

  • I’m self-employed. I have my own property maintenance business and recently qualified as an electrician. I trained at Trade Skills 4 U. I told them all about my issue beforehand and what my requirements were and they supported me every step of the way. Amazing really. Shame my previous actual employer couldn’t find it in the budget to be as supportive.
