How to cook rice

Place 100g rice in a pan along with 200ml water.

Put some chopped vegetables on the top.

Add lip.

Bring to boil.

Reduce to simmer.

Cook for as long as packet instructs.

Remove lid, take out food. The rice will have absorbed all the water and the vegetables will have deliciously steamed.

  • I have eaten this every day for lunch for the last 6 months and intend it to continue being my main daily meal until I die. I find it takes more than 200ml water and about 4 times as long as the packet says to get the vegetables fully cooked to the point where I can digest them though.
