Im sure this has been brought up before, but does anyone go over and over a conversation youve had?

Gotten in from talking to both neighbours, and have spent the last 1hr going over how i came across to them.

Its a horrid sudden deep pit feeling i get from this....

At the time of speaking i knew i was talking quickly and bordering lecture mode...lol but did reign it in and allow them to talk...but once its all over....its as if i have no idea how i actually did come across...A complete head job on myself to be honest!  utter doubts .This nonsense drains the life out of me!

  • Yes. My dad in particular definitely agrees that I go over conversations time and time again, mainly because it’s about something that’s worrying me and I can’t convince myself I don’t need to worry. I even have the same conversation with myself! Can definitely relate.
