Gotten in from talking to both neighbours, and have spent the last 1hr going over how i came across to them.
Its a horrid sudden deep pit feeling i get from this....
At the time of speaking i knew i was talking quickly and bordering lecture mode...lol but did reign it in and allow them to talk...but once its all over....its as if i have no idea how i actually did come across...A complete head job on myself to be honest! utter doubts .This nonsense drains the life out of me!
