I constantly drift into chilling out relaxing in my mind.
I teach sports, when i teach I'm teaching multiple things its intense and energy draining.
I need a nap every 4hrs or i feel physically drained.
I don't sit down I'm always walking at home picking up stuff to put back in another room, I group things together.
I struggle just focusing at home and finishing washing up i tend to do things in waves to make it more managable.
