Anyone else struggling with shopping now more than ever?

I'm now almost calm again. I go out only if I really need to. The 1st occasion I forgot my pin as I was so overwhelmed. 2and day I tried I finally got some of the shopping I needed as I couldnt work out what I needed, what I'd picked up etc. I then locked my keys in my car along with my phone and had to call the aa by asking the shop to help. 3rd attempt so overwhelmed I left my shopping in the store as I felt a meltdown coming on. Failing so much :(

  • I have been struggling too. I had to use hand sanitiser and wear  a plastic  glove on one hand when i entered the supermarket. I got totally confused after 10 minutes of trying to concentrate on which hand to use if I carried a basket but need to pick up items. What had I touched, how to go past people etc.  I've also been forgetting my pin, blocked both my cards , have been hyperventilating and having to leave the store or forgetting what to buy.

Last week I had a full meltdown so I guess I've improved a bit this week.  Yesterday I had carrots and bread for dinner. I've lost a bit of weight and have been waking up hungry.

The only good thing is that I am walking to the shops so I get extra time outdoors that doesn't count as my exercise.

  • Oh I'm sorry plectrum. It's really hard just to get any form of shopping. Especially if you didnt bulk buy. The one time i did buy shopping I got so muddled I bought completly the wrong things as I couldnt function and spent all of our money! I'm not sure how much longer I can take it
