I have to work remotely, so to cope i have a morning exercise routine and in the evening I also go for a run outside. The work day has to be in the middle. I have set hourly targets and I note down what I've done so that no one can question what I spent time on.
I haven't been eating enough and my clothes are getting loose, so I will buy some eggs and eat more for lunch.
I'm not coping that well but a bit of fresh air each day makes the biggest difference. I hung the washing outside today and watered some plants, that got me a few minutes of sunshine.
At the weekend I keep busy, actually I try to keep doing something constantly to avoid bad thoughts creeping in. I cleaned the windows, baked bread and planned the tasks for next weekend. In particular, I tried to plan some small things I would look forward to (i.e. not just chores), to get me through the week and keep looking forwards.
Normally, I blend the stuff I have to do with the things I really enjoy, so if I get something done I can have a few moments playing a game or if I work for a few days I have a day to myself travelling round London or walking. I also have ADHD though so this might be unique to my own combination.
Right now, I am really struggling with not being able to do the things I want to do or see the people I want to see, I can't come up with ways of coping and find myself struggling for things to occupy my time
