mmr jab

Hello

Apologies if I am posting in the wrong section  but i would like some advice on the MMR jab.  Do you as parents of children feel that there was a definite link between your child getting the MMR jab and being diagnosed / did you notice a difference after your child had the jab.  I am very unsure whether to get the jab for my child due to the possible link.  thanks

  • You should get the MMR . These diseases are really nasty and we want to eradicate them. Smallpox was eradicated in the 70s because everyone was vaccinated!. We thank Jenner for this (a Doctor who pioneered vaccination). Vaccination was an Enlightenment discovery, based on reason. All good Science is based on an application of reason (local thought) to experience (empiricism). Neither can operate in isolation, and Wakefield's study has been empirically and rationally destroyed. There is simply no evidence, and his argument was not rational either.
