Live chat?

Sensitive to sounds , sensory over load mostly all the symptoms 

I do not know much about CBT. 

I joined this sitw two days ago. I am on a list to be assessed so I don't know where I stand, but I do know a few autism traits, as I have been doing lots and lots of reading in the last 8 months and asking lots of questions.

Hopefully though, someone with lots of experience can answer who is diagnosed. (As from my position I may just share a few traits but may not be on the spectrum... Or I may be clearly on the spectrum. I don't know).  But certainly ask questions. Either start a new thread or ask in here... What sort of signs do you believe you have?

I have recently had cbt cognitive behavioural therapy and the reckon I have signs of autism, can I talk to someone about it

Private messaging (chat) can only happen with the agreement of both parties. To ensure that you only receive messages from other users whom you trust, we recommend that you keep the default setting, which is to accept messages only from friends.

If you hover over someone's user name in a thread, or visit that person's profile, you will be able to issue a friend request, i.e. to connect. If that person is already a friend (or has changed the above setting to accept requests from all users), you will also be able to send private messages.

Anyone who used this site some years ago may have seen a different system, because we changed platforms in June 2017.

I've managed to let everyone message me, but I've tried it myself by going to your profile to see if I'm able to message you but I can't seem to find how.  Could you please see if you're able to messge me? Sorry if I'm starting to annoy you with this

On your profile I can see a "+ connect" thing on the right. If you see that on mine it should say private chat if you click on it.

Went to click on your profile. You have private chat turned off. 

Top row where the sign out thing is... The first symbol is a zig zag thing and the second symbol is the private chat bit.
