Relaxing rules on detention under mental health laws

There are multiple sections aimed at reducing the pressure on other frontline sectors, for example by relaxing rules around detention under mental health laws and increasing the use of audio and video links in courts.

This is the most ominous part of the new laws going through at the minute. I can see people from this community falling foul of them very easily.  Best to avoid going out too much and have one of those cards with you, if you do.
